If there’s one thing a Cabana girl loves as much as a fabulous outfit, it’s hosting (or showing up to!) a beautiful Thanksgiving celebration. Whether you’re bringing a dish to the family table or Friendsgiving feast, we’ve rounded up our go-to recipes that are delicious, impressive, and oh-so-Cabana.

🥕 The Side Dish: Honey Butter Roasted Carrots

Simple, delicious, and just the right amount of sweet! These roasted carrots look like they belong on the cover of a magazine.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs rainbow carrots, peeled

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Fresh thyme (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Toss carrots with olive oil, honey, butter, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, until tender and caramelized.

  4. Sprinkle with fresh thyme before serving.

Cabana Tip: Serve them on your prettiest platter, presentation is everything!

🥧 The Dessert: Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars

Pumpkin pie is a classic… but a Cabana girl always adds her own twist.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup canned pumpkin

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter; press into a greased 8x8 pan.

  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time.

  3. Divide the batter. Stir pumpkin and spice into half.

  4. Layer plain batter first, then pumpkin layer.

  5. Bake 40 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Cabana Tip: Sprinkle a little cinnamon sugar on top before serving, it makes them sparkle.

🍸 The Cocktail: Sparkling Cranberry Spritz

A festive drink that’s light, bubbly, and full of cheer! 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz vodka (or gin!)

  • 2 oz cranberry juice

  • 1 oz lime juice

  • Prosecco or sparkling water

  • Fresh cranberries & rosemary for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Fill a glass with ice. Add vodka, cranberry juice, and lime juice.

  2. Top with prosecco for something fancy (or sparkling water if you prefer).

  3. Garnish with cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.

Cabana Tip: Serve it in your favorite holiday glass!
